How are emergencies handled?
Our team has someone on call at all times to respond to emergency tickets (or calls) as they come in. A ticket is logged into our web based ticketing system (pictured on the left) and someone gets to work on the issue as soon as possible.
In our years of business, we have never failed to have a technician working on a critical issue within that four hour window. That is not going to change and we will continue to provide the services you need to stay online.
